Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Frost Yard Dubai's facilities, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to facility guests, website users, and corporate clients.

Facility Access and Safety Requirements

All guests must comply with our safety regulations and facility rules at all times. Proper winter clothing and safety equipment are mandatory for all snow and ice activities. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have written parental consent.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with safety requirements, facility rules, or whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.

Booking and Reservation Policies

All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our authorized booking channels. Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak periods and holidays. Group bookings and corporate events require advance notice and may have different terms.

Booking confirmations will be sent via email and must be presented upon arrival. We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Payment Terms and Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments at our facility.

Additional charges may apply for premium services, equipment rental, food and beverage purchases, and extended facility access beyond the standard package duration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to cancellation fees. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. In case of facility closure due to technical issues or emergencies, full refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

Equipment Rental and Usage

All rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of rental equipment and will be charged replacement costs. Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and within designated areas.

We provide safety briefings for all equipment usage. Guests must follow all instructions and safety guidelines. Improper use of equipment may result in immediate termination of facility access without refund.

Risk Acknowledgment and Liability

Winter sports and recreational activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our activities, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. Frost Yard Dubai is not liable for injuries resulting from normal participation in activities.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We strongly recommend that all guests have appropriate insurance coverage for recreational activities and potential injuries.

Guest Conduct and Behavior Standards

All guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or actions that endanger others will result in immediate removal from the facility without refund. Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are prohibited in all facility areas.

Photography and videography are permitted for personal use only. Commercial photography requires prior written permission. Guests consent to being included in facility promotional materials unless they opt out.

Age Restrictions and Supervision

Certain activities have minimum age requirements for safety reasons. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Specific height and weight restrictions may apply to certain equipment and activities.

Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's safety and behavior throughout their visit. Special programs and lessons are available for different age groups and skill levels.

Membership Terms and Benefits

Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the named member. Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Members must maintain current contact information and comply with all facility rules. Membership privileges may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms or facility policies.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and in our facility, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Frost Yard Dubai and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. The Frost Yard Dubai name and logo are registered trademarks.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure and Service Interruptions

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or equipment failures.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule services. Refunds or credits may be provided at our discretion.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent website notice where reasonably practicable.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. If formal proceedings become necessary, both parties agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
